Day 0: Arrival – Kilimanjaro Airport to Moshi
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), our driver will meet you and transfer you to Moshi town. Relax after your flight and prepare for your Kilimanjaro adventure.

Day 1: Moshi – Rongai Gate – Simba Camp

After breakfast, drive to Rongai Gate on the northern side of Kilimanjaro. Begin your trek through the rainforest with views of the Kenyan plains. The trail is gentle and passes through beautiful forest with unique birdlife.
Day 2: Simba Camp to Second Cave Camp

Day 3: Second Cave Camp to Kikelewa Camp

Day 4: Kikelewa Camp to Mawenzi Tarn Camp

This is an acclimatization day with a "climb high, sleep low" strategy. Trek to Mawenzi Tarn, a beautiful lake at the base of Mawenzi Peak. Spend the afternoon resting and exploring the area, which offers spectacular views of Kibo and Mawenzi.
Day 5: Mawenzi Tarn Camp to Kibo Hut
- Altitude: 4,300m – 4,700m
- Distance: 8 km
- Time: 5–6 Hours

Approach the mountain from the saddle between Kibo and Mawenzi peaks. The views of the crater and the glaciers are spectacular. Reach Kibo Hut and prepare for the summit attempt. Rest, eat an early dinner, and get some sleep before the midnight summit start.
Day 6: Kibo Hut – Uhuru Peak – Horombo Hut

- Distance: 19 km (6 km up, 13 km down)

Start the summit climb around midnight. Trek to the crater rim at Gilman's Point (5,681m), then continue along the crater rim to Uhuru Peak, the highest point in Africa. Day 7: Horombo Hut – Marangu Gate – Moshi
